PEOPLE

The royal palace is home to the prince and his family. When we arrived, the yacht was in, so we new they were home. As the story goes, the prince personally interviews each 'would be citizen' in his principality. Some of the most famous actors and actresses are currently applying.

ROYAL PALACE

Though the public spaces were impressive the private ones were amazing. If you can catch a unintrusive glimpses of what's behind a wall, go for it. The people of Monaco cherish their green spaces and treat them as an art.

PRIVATE GARDEN

The city is built on a hill side, scattered with cliffs and glowing against the ocean backdrop. It is a scene of plaster and terra-cotta and the roads are tightly knit against cottage and cliff. Its Southwest orientation makes an extremely nice sunset, but the thought of Tunisia just over the horizon is better still.

PANORAMIC

The tour drove in by way of the Grand Prix, Monaco's famous race track. The circuit is laid out entirely within the Principality, between Monte-Carlo, the Condamine Port and Monaco proper, and works out to be just under two miles. Though we didn't do 100 laps, we did get up to about 60 miles per hour,--which is super fast for a coach of her status. Woo Hoo!

This was a mighty fine look'n group if I do say so myself; All the ladies in their little black dresses, and all the gents, stunningly suave. We strutted our stuff down the streets of Monaco and had ourselves a 'posh dinner' in a lovely little restaurant. Afterwards, we hit the casinos and drank champagne. Here's to Marco with the big winnings!

MONACO AT NIGHT
CASINO
The three course meal allowed digestive intermissions long enough for us to stroll locally. Work off that bread and butter baby.
